Under the leadership of SKIES Foundation, Pillar 3: Community Health and Social Development (CHSD) that focuses on the power of community-led initiatives in transforming health and social outcomes through grassroots involvement, local partnerships, and sustainable practices in addressing complex challenges through Community Health System Strengthening, Social Development Initiatives, Mental Health and Social Protection and Dignity Restoration Program, the Incarcerated to Liberated Program was borne.
